Tom was able to finish the walls of the new pig shelter last week after the freezing weather finally improved somewhat. He added some bark, and yesterday I moved the pigs into their new digs (literally). Here are the cows, rams and llama checking out their new neighbor.
And the pigs enjoying a little treat for their move. Tom placed 2 bales of straw in the shelter, so the pigs should be toasty warm and have more than 1 acre to root around in. I hope they like it.
