Hollandsche Biefstuk

This is Dutch Beefsteak from Vincent Price’s cookbook.

And it is really good. I used our rib steaks and thyme. I used our garlic chives instead of scallions. And I used only our beef stock instead of beer.

I will definitely be making this again. Easy, Peasy and yummy!
