So I wanted to make my annual nettle soup. Because Tom will not eat/try beetle soup, he said he wanted to make wood-fired pizza. So that gave me a great idea: nettle pizza.
I found a wheat/free crust recipe and a nettle pizza recipe. Here is the crust.
And here are the nettles cooked up.
And here is the pizza.
It was great although crispy. I will still make nettle soup, probably this weekend. We have plenty of nettles here left.
