Northwest Mopars Cruise

So Tom found out about this cruise yesterday.  We got up early.  I did the farm chores and Tom washed the Challenger.  And off we went to the Cascade Mall Parking lot.

Then we headed over Deception Pass to Whidbey Island.

We then went to the Deception Pass State Park by Cranberry Lake.

Then we headed to Oak Harbor, kitty corner to the Oak Harbor Dodge dealership that normally hosts the Mopar car show.

We then cruised over toward Fort Casey State Park.  En route a car pulled out in front of the second Duster ahead of us.  They had to lock up their brakes to avoid hitting him.  It would have been ugly if a Mopar had been hurt on this cruise.

There we parked by the fort.

Unfortunately we did not realize (because there were no signs) that you can’t park on this section of grass.  The park rangers started handing out tickets to some of us.

Then we headed back to Mount Vernon.  (I accidentally switched the setting to black and white for a few photos.)

We ended up at the Burgermaster there.

It was a great day!

But, after seeing all those lovely old cars, I still don’t know which one is yours!! Can you send me a link to it?

So this is a post by me, one of the cruisers. You might want to go to their Facebook page to thank him. And I agree wholeheartedly.
