It is hard to walk around the field recently.
Tom’s calling them Big Baby and Little Baby. They are definitely two of a kind. Zeus and Asa Billy are affectionate which is nice, but they are supposed to be pack goats. Are we going to be able to hike with them if they are this friendly?
Oh, I think being friendly should be a prerequisite for pack goats! Not that I have any knowledge, what-so-ever, about packing, but it seems to me that if they’re are real friendly, they’ll be less likely to run away with your stuff!
😉
It is a prerequisite, but I am starting to wonder if it is to the point you can’t walk if that’s a problem.
Glad to see you commenting again 🙂
They’ll certainly stay close. They’d probably even cuddle up and keep you warm if you went on an overnight trip!
I am glad they will stay close, not so sure about the cuddling at night part.
Cute picture. I guess it’s better to have them friendly that not. I’d hate to see you on a 20 mile hike and get butted with those horns.
Jackie
You are right, Jackie. They are very good with their horns so far, with us and with each other.
