Inspired by our attendance at the Northwest Cider Association’s 2nd Annual Cidermaker’s Dinner last weekend, Tom and I are making cider infused dinners tonight. Tom is making a cider glazed ham.
And I am making a cider poached salmon.
This is a welcome meal after doing the llama and donkey spring maintenance this morning. One llama jumped the barn gate, and we couldn’t catch her after a bit of trying in an open field. So she will have to skip her pedicure for now.
