Today we took down the Christmas stuff. The tree was cut up and given to the animals. Here are the goats enjoying their treat.
And here are the sheep.
And the dogs are begging for their own treats.

Looks like they are loving that tree! My nephew might bring his out to my goats. I hope the dogs got their treats as well.
Thanks Teresa! They are, and the dogs got theirs too.
And this is why farmers never use tinsel! Nothing is ever wasted, a great snack!
We used tinsel. I just pulled it all off and saved it for next year. And the tree made a great snack.
It makes their breath nice and piney too 🙂 Your dogs are so sweet. I can’t remember the name of the hound-y one in the middle….
I will need to check their breath out 😉 The houndy one is Mopar. We were told she is border collie, german shepherd, beagle, labrador and rottweiller. She can both howl and bark.
Good idea for the tree 🙂
Thanks. That is why I thought it was OK to get a cut tree this year, instead is a live one.
