We took an overnight trip to Lopez Island for my birthday yesterday. Above is the rain on the window of the ferry MV Chelan going to Lopez. After we arrived we drove around checking out the sites. Below are some sheep who have a nice view.

And lastly Tom at my birthday dinner. Everything about this short trip was wonderful. And now I am 49 years old.

I used to live in VanZandt from 1974 to 1981. We had 10 acres which we ended up selling & moving back east. I just discovered your blog & enjoy it very much. I now live in SW Florida on the Gulf of Mexico which is a very different lifestyle.
