I made this recipe for an amazing dinner tonight. I actually got it from the Skagit Valley Herald. The sauce is so tasty. Finding fresh tarragon in the store was challenging so now I am going to grow it. The pork chops are ours as is the perry on the side.



This sounds really yummy, Donna!! I think I should try it. We do eat pork chops, and sometimes it’d be nice to have a different recipe.
