It started with the sheep seeming content without all their wool

Their wool is drying in the trailer’s living room, kitchen and bedroom.

The cows were let into fresh pasture for the first time this year.

They headed straight for the scratching post and went crazy on it.

Then our grandson came to visit and he brought his helmet.

He rode on our mule, quad and two motorcycles. Plus he got lessons in motorcycle repair and maintenance from Uncle Tom and Grampa Tom.

Russ smoked a roast for us with Tom providing some advice.

Then we had an amazing smoked beef dinner with their dogs wanting some too.

It was such a wonderful day to relax and enjoy company. It was needed.
