Grilled Lemon-Thyme Chicken

This is what I made for dinner last night. I used our chicken and thyme. I added some of our dead rosemary branches to the coals for a nice smoked flavor. Here it is:

It was really good. I loved the flavor and it was easy. The only problem is remembering to marinade it. Definitely a keeper.

As an aside, we had a beautiful sunrise this morning.

    That does sound really yummy! However, my daughter is allergic to all citrus fruits. I’m not sure what could be substituted for the lemon juice.

    That surely was a lovely sunrise!
