Ninth Day of Christmas

Remember when I was advocating for the return of the twelve days? Well, we did that today, thanks to the weather.  We had the kids and grandkids along with my father and his friend over for breakfast and presents.  And it was perfect.

  1. What a wonderful time! It was so good to be with family for us too, an we didn’t celebrate until the fifth day of Christmas!

Thanks Dorothy! It sounds like a trend that a lot of people are having a prolonged Christmas this year. I am glad you had a nice celebration as well.

You weren’t the only ones to celebrate later. My son and his family did that too.

The pictures you shared are really nice! Those kids are so cute!

Did Ryeleigh get gifts? We always give our furbabies a Christmas gift. Rico got his in a stapled brown bag. He had a great time opening it! Sooo cute and funny! I wish we had gotten a video!

That would have been a cute video. I will have to try the bag trick next year. Ryeleigh got a Mr. Bill which she immediately torn up. She enjoyed herself though. Steve got. Squeaky snake. We finally gave it to him today since I didn’t want it lost in the snow. They were just now having a great time with it.

And the kids are really cute.
