are already improving my life.
I received this Shaun the Sheep bath bomb from Japan from my cousins, Keith and Christina. Apparently Shuan is popular in Japan. One of the cool things about this series is there is no language involved.
There were different possible creatures inside the bomb. I did not want the pig.
Fortunately with my bath this evening, I got Shirley!!!
I received some great books from Tom and Dad.
I started reading this one already and have some recipes already bookmarked.
Unfortunately I found this inside of a blank envelope. I am not sure who it is from. If it is you, please let me know. It is really cool.
I received this mason jar vacuum sealer from my Mom and Al. I already am using it to seal my salads. It is not meant for canning but helps preserve food times in jars in the fridge longer. I make lunch salads for 4-5 days at a time so is useful for this as well as other items.
I also received these heated gloves from Mom and Al. They are wonderful. My fingers were toasty warm this morning, doing the chores. Yesterday they were uncomfortably cold. So this is a game changer.
I received a variety socks from all sorts of people. Some are warm, and some are cute. I am thrilled by them all and have been wearing the warm ones already.
I received a couple of black elderberry plants from my father. I have them situated on the windowsill. Hopefully, in time, they will be able to make elderberries for me.
Tom received this wonderful signed card from the Harborview Burn Center. It really warmed out hearts.
For presents, I also got a cooling rag (for Winthrop), some liquor, a cast iron skillet with corn meal and peach jam, sheepy coffee cups, a new personalized license plate holder, wine bottle topper, shot measurer, and Japanese tea. These will all be wonderful in the future. Each of these gifts represent love. So I am truly blessed.
