Candy’s kids

Candy had her kids today on Leap Day! They are gorgeous- a little buckling that looks a lot like her and a little golden doeling that reminds me of a prior doe of hers- Pixy Stix. We are calling them Mars Bar and Snickers, and it has really brought joy to us to have cute baby goats again. I am also thrilled that Candy kidded again without difficulties. Last year she didn’t get pregnant, and she’s of an age that I don’t think I’ll breed her again. So she’s going into retirement with a bang!
