Skirting is done! Dete’s Cotswold fleece is too short, and Jenny’s Shetland fleece is weathered, but the important thing is I AM DONE! A major task in this shepherd’s year is complete.

Good for you! I am skirting as quickly as I can to keep up with sales. Three are done and will ship out tomorrow, and I need to do at least one more tonight. ‘Course, I have a lot less than you!
Thanks Michelle! I am glad you are keeping up.
woo hoo! bet it feels good to have them all done. So, are most all for sale, or are you keeping any special ones to process yourself?
It is good to have it all done. It is a lot of work and hard on my back since there’s a lot of bending forward to reach the yucky parts. I am putting them all up for sale except the ones I think are inferior. It breaks my heart on some of them, but I have to do it. I should show you my fiber studios sometime. (yes, I now have two). It is getting bad here with my fiber hoarding so I need to be good. Of course if some do not sell……
PS The sales info is on the Fiber for Sale page (link in the title above), and they are only $8-10/pound!
PPS Denise, I know you are not supposed to add to your stash either so I am trying (at least a little bit) not to be an enabler.
