This last month did not seem to go out like a lamb, unless it is a sopping wet, muddy, grey one. What a mess, and I am sick of it. The geese are happy anyway, but all the other critters are not- hiding in the barn all of the time.
I finally got a photo of our shortest and tallest goat together. I have been trying since we got Zeus, but him and Miss Smith do not hang together. A scoop of grain helps.
I agree! The only ones happy at my place are the ducks. It’s nice to see the sun and be warm, even if it’s only for a day or two. It’s a promise of things to come!
I sure hope “spring” comes soon. This is for the birds- literally.
Some birds more than others. I’m guessing ducks would be much happier than my soggy chickens are!
True, you do not notice any chickens out in the photo- they are also hiding in the barn. The peafowl were even in the barn yesterday- highly unusual.
I signed up to comment on your blog finally! Now if I can just think of something clever, funny, educational and relavent to say!
The weather is always a good topic.
OK. It sucked this morning, but this afternoon was beautiful!
March BLEW out like a lion around here, and took our storage shed roof with it! Great photo of the 2 goats!

Thanks Jackie. It sounds like you got more wind and we probably got more rain. sorry about your roof.
That big and little goat picture is so funny! Sorry you’re so soggy–it looks like what we went through last year. Now we’re pretty dry.
Thanks Teresa. It us funny how she is stretching as far as she can and it is only half way to his standing. I guess there are still hopes we will dry out!
