This is Ewegenie. She was rescued from a horrible situation thanks to the help of Skagit Animals in Need. They asked me for an “after” photo so I took this one. She and her sheep buddy Madonna were as neglected as the famous sheep Shrek but both are thriving now.
As I was admiring our flock, I was drawn to the”beard” on Maybelle. I wish it did not have hay bits in it, but I thought it was beautiful.
I love living with sheep!
