This was a great, warm and spicy dinner tonight. And it did bring back childhood memories. I used our farm’s ground beef and turkey stock. I used Anaheim peppers as there was no fresh Poblanos in the local store. Yummy!
Next time I might try not mixing the boiled cornmeal but just pouring it on top.
Looks very tasty. However, I won’t be able to make it for our family (my husband, our adult daughter and myself) because our daughter can no longer eat tomatoes or corn. 🙁
