I am always looking for ways to eat radishes, as we always have too many. I found this recipe in Bon Appetit so I thought I would try it. I used our radishes and mint. I substituted Sunnyland pecans for the walnuts.
To me, this salad was screaming that it needed feta.
It is actually a really good lunch. I paired it with some of my homemade peach wine. This is much better than roasted radishes.
