We have plenty of eggs now from our chickens. The Scotch Egg in Nashville reminded me of how much I love them (although their’s was soft boiled). So today I made these Scotch Eggs. I used our goat sausage and our eggs. I used my leftover Poudre Forte from my GOT cooking adventures as the spice. I was not perfect in covering the eggs completely without cracks, but the eggs are quite tasty and will be my snacks for the next several days.
