Tom made this pulled pork with one of our shoulder roasts the other night. He kindly made my some paleo tortillas to go with it with a recipe I had using almond flour, 6 of our eggs and some coconut milk. The pork was great, but the tortillas were like egg pancakes.
So last night we warmed up leftover pork, and I made these grain free wraps/tortillas. And here is my wonderful dinner.
I just forked some pork into each wrap, rolled it and enjoyed, washed down with homemade grape wine. Nice end to a rough day.
