Here is my ankle 4 days after the calf kicked it.

I am impressed that it took 3 days for the bruising to appear.
So I am going to take it easy today and watch football.

Oops!! I forgot to say that instead of watching football, my Hunny and I watched the Desert Classic PGA tournament, rooting for Phil Mickelson!
I was not planning on matching my bruise though.
ouch!
It only really hurt the first day when my ankle was swelling up inside my barn boot as I was trying to finish chores. Since then it is only tender to the touch. So I think I got lucky but need to be more careful. We need to make a cattle chute. I have some ideas from Temple Grandin’s book.
