That is awesome. It makes me laugh just looking at photos–can’t imagine being there. How long have they been doing a chicken parade? Is it a relatively new thing?
It was cold but fun! Per http://birdsofwinter.org/event/edison-chicken-parade/ it started in 2012. This is my first time attending so glad we got to go.
Oh, what a ridiculously fun event!
It was so fun but also cold. Some of those kids, chickens and dogs were chilled. Afterwards some chickens were left behind. They were trying to find people to attempt to catch them in the storm. Hopefully they were able to.
I agree with Michelle! I’ve never heard of a chicken festival before. Too bad it was so, though.
There were a lot of beautiful handmade chickens!
I get so frustrated when using my Kindle, and it puts in words I don’t want, or leaves out the ones I wanted. I swiipe, when using it. But my poor laptop is getting older and slower.
Maybe you figured out that I was trying to say “Too bad it was so COLD, though.”
I am sorry about your kindle. I forgot to mention but I do think I am back to normal. Back to my “day job” tomorrow.
