This is the blog for our little farm in Skagit county. Here we have Shetland sheep and Nigerian Dwarf goats. In addition we have donkeys, cattle, pigs, chickens, geese, and peafowl. The blog describes the weekly activities here.

I enjoyed your post and comments here. Thanks for sharing. I really liked your photos of the mountains and the beautiful skies. I’m glad you had such a good time.
I have a question: What is it that you are knitting with all those bright colors? I’ve seen it in two different posts from you…
Have you ever stopped at Owen’s Meats to purchase some meat? I looked at their website. That was fun! I’ve never heard of Meat Machine! I’m quite taken by the mural. That’s really well done. I was hoping there’d be something on the website about the mural, but wasn’t able to find anything.
We have stopped at Owen’s. Their meats are quite impressive. The machine out front is fun too. They do talk about the creation of the mural and it’s symbolism on their Facebook page.
Looks like a lovely weekend! So deserved!

It is supposed to be a sweater but I noticed this weekend it is twist. So it may become something else.

beautiful sunsets- looks like a nice relaxing weekend. 🙂
Thanks Denise! It was. I was supposed to go to a fiber fest in Ellensburg but opted to knit and relax instead.
