So parts of last week were kind of crappy. Chasing rams in a sleet storm, getting sick with a nasty cold, burning my hand pretty bad on a wood stove, our washing machine crapping out and having to deal with Sears to try to get a new one, and dealing with a difficult sheep delivery (with a burn on my hand and coughing a lot).
I am hoping this week will be better and so far we are off to a good start. My cold is passing, my burn is healing and no more births to deal with. Plus the weather has improved, I get to sleep through some nights, and we finally get to let the kids and lambs out of their pens (since the storms have passed). So here’s a video of the goat kids shortly after being let out in the barn. They seem to enjoy having “room to move”.
The music goes much longer than the video.
I wish I had that energy and exuberance. Here are Wink’s Will and Wonka outside for the first time.
And here’s Merle and Waylon enjoying the sunshine.
I loved your video of the kids running around. Watching that can definitely make anyone smile. That just made my night!
Thanks Michelle- glad to make your night!
Love watching the little ones run around! Hope you’re on the mend now.
Thanks Teresa. I am on the mend and no new injuries today!
That video really cheered me up today, Thank you! Love the little ones. I’m glad you are having a better week, continue to get well!

I am so glad that video cheered you up. You can live vicariously through my animals on the internet. You could always visit and see them in person too, but I know it’s a long drive. But the door is always open. The little ones sure have a way of being awfully cute!
Baby animals are so cute. Glad A Blip on the Radar shared your link with us. We enjoyed watching the fun.
Thanks Jan! They are very cute. Always bring a smile to my face.
