I made Butter Chicken for dinner last night. Another NYT recipe. I used our chicken ( but not the one who attacked me earlier in the day) and our chicken stock.
I accompanied it with Jasmine rice and Grain Free Wraps since I did not have Naan bread. Here it is all done and ready to eat.
It was I incredibly yummy for dinner and made a nice leftover lunch today too. Both recipes are definitely keepers.
