Hot Toddy and Carnitas

This was my Monday evening. First I had a hot toddy as my pre dinner cocktail while I was finishing spinning.

This was perfect at the end of a day that we were hailed on while we did farm chores.

Tom made carnitas in our crockpot. This is our favorite pork shoulder roast recipe. We brought it to my niece’s wedding celebration last year and it disappeared. Here are the leftovers from Monday.

It was so good!!!!
