Edouardo Jordan Mac‘n’ Cheese

This recipe was in our Skagit Valley Herald a few days ago. We shopped for the ingredients and made it for dinner tonight.

It was really good. Not something to have every day but rarely as a special treat.

I did go to Jordan’s JuneBaby but did not have this. I had oxtail which was really good. So now I can have a bit of JuneBaby at home.
