I could not sleep well the night before. I was coughing, I was hot, and it was noisy. Here is how light it was at exactly midnight.

But the six of us got up fairly early and took the passenger ferry to the Vasa Museum.

Once we got in I was immediately awe inspired. This ship is huge and so ornate.

The ship was not only intricately carved but beautifully painted.

On the lowest level of the museum they have the skeletons of some of the victims. They have facial recreations and descriptions of them.

This ship is probably the most amazing thing I have ever seen. So thankful I was able to see it.
