On an impulse I bought these sausages yesterday. KISW was a big part of my teenagehood.
And we have our Neon pumpkins ripening.
So I decided to try this recipe from my cookbook Tender.
Neon pumpkins are not that tasty but they do ripen early so I was skeptical. I grabbed some of our ripe corn too.
The mustard sauce was amazing and really helped the boring pumpkin. So this recipe is a keeper. It is good way to use up all the real pumpkins we will have in the fall.
