Fiber Day Preparations

I have been getting ready for Fiber Day which is this afternoon!  Over the last week I have made three felted fleece rugs.

Tanya’s Gotland rug

Maybelle’s Gotland rug

Harlen’s Shetland rug

I have been gathering together rovings,

moorit Shetland roving

mioget katmoget Shetland roving

yarns,

dyed and natural colored Shetland yarns

and fleeces.

Dete’s washed Cotswold fleece

Bambam Shetland fleece

Wendel’s Shetland fleece

Hodor’s Shetland fleece

I made some more funky felted scarves.

And I have stuffed my car to the gills with all this fibery goodness.

So come visit me and my fibers today from 1-6 at the Bow Market Fiber (Arts) Day.  It is on the farm at Samish Bay Cheese, 15115 Bow Hill Rd. in Bow.

WOW! Am I ever impressed!! I love the felted rugs. I’ve never seen them before. The yarns are lovely.
And what a great license plate you have.
If i didn’t live so far away, I’d be there. 😢
