Fork Some Crap

So the tractor can only clean out the barn so far and then it is pitchfork time.  We had cleared out the north side of the barn earlier, and this morning it was time to tackle the south side.  I thought the turkeys looked especially regal, backlit by the diffused sunlight.  The poop pile is in the background.

Some of the birds were really enjoying exploring this pile.

I personally pitchforked 6 tractor bucket loads this morning and added them to the pile.  I was listening to yet another Mariners win in the process.  Go M’s!!!

And I decided that if you want to be a farmer, you better be able to fork some crap (actually I had another word in mind).
