Now Snow

So the temperatures increased, but now it is snowing.  Thankfully, there is not much freezing rain.

Tom had dumped the ice out of the trough.  You can see what we have been dealing with.

Here is the rate of snowfall this morning

We only got about 2 inches though.  And I was able to run water through a hose!  It felt miraculous.

The hose is always a relief!

I’m glad things are looking up for you! We haven’t had any icy stuff here, just rain and more rain. The temp this morning is about 48 degrees. That’s up from what we’ve had.

My son in Milwaukie hasn’t been going to work. This morning, he said he’ll be going to do a job in Vancouver. The streets and roads in all of the Willamette valley have been terrible! Some highways are blocked by fallen trees.

    Take care!

I am glad you didn’t have any ice. We heard that the Portland area was hammered. I used to live there and the freezing rain there was awful.
