We went to this festival this last weekend after putting up the hay Friday morning. We drove across the state to the Columbia River gorge.
And got into the security line for the festival.
We got a spot right next to the portapotties.
Mysteriously the sink was fenced off on three sides.
Saturday afternoon we headed to the concert grounds. It was hot, and I had to sit in the shade of the fence.
Here is the rest of our group in the line.
We got to the venue with its amazing views. It was smoky though.
After the opening acts of Brittany Spencer and Billy Strings, John Mellencamp came up and putting on a thrilling show. I apologize for my singing along.
Then there was sunset and Bob Dylan. I was not impressed by Bob.
Then came Willie Nelson! Again, I need to apologize for my singing.

Looks like you had a lot of fun! That’s good!
Thanks- I did!
I love me some John Mellencamp! and Willie , oh Willie .
It’s your concert and you can sing if you want to…..must’ve been feelin’ the music and vibe. Wonderful for you both and friends….wonderful
I was really enjoying it with the family, once it started cooling off.
