Berry Dairy Days

Today we went to this festival in Burlington with Russ, Jay, William and Piper.  This was my first time going so I was not sure what to expect.  It was impressive.  We were hungry so hit up the BBQ tasting and food vendors first.  Then we went to the Kid Zone where they had a lot of free activities for children.  Piper enjoyed playing with these balls while William hit a baseball.

This is  a photo of part of the grounds.  It had been raining in the morning but was decent when we were there.  Attendance appeared quite good.

Piper got a temporary tattoo,

while William played Cliffhanger.

Then they completed a Tetris Tumble puzzle.

They got some swag from the Burlington Police Department and then played darts.

Then they played a giant Connect Four game.

We checked out the vendors and then went to the kids play area where Piper met a new friend.

There was this dinosaur fossil underneath which led to a big dinosaur discussion.

We did have strawberry shortcake as well.  It was a really fun event, and I am glad we went.  It was dog friendly as well so next year we might bring our dog.
